Although shops and restaurants are only a five-minute drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded.
The space
When you enter the garden from the street, you will find the swimming pool and gazebo on your left. On entering the property you are welcomed by the dining area and TV room, the fully equipped kitchen is accessed from the dining area. A corridor takes you to the three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms share a bathroom which is accessible from the hallway. The third bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Behind the house is a small veranda that can be entered through a sliding door in the living room. The property also features a washing and drying machine for guests to use. These are located in a separate laundry room.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire space, there is only one locker with a padlock which is locked by the owner where he keeps some private belongings.
Other things to note
There will be beach chairs, a cooler and beach towels available for guests to use at the beach.
